How to pay and receive an order for Cross-Dental

Payment for orders from Ukraine is made in the national currency in three ways:

— Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta
— Online payment (MonoPay)
— Bank transfer to the FOP account

For cash on delivery and online payment, an additional fee of +2% applies, for bank transfer — +5%. By placing an order in the Internet store, the buyer agrees to the additional fee.
Orders by cash on delivery are sent only for orders from Ukraine with a partial prepayment of at least 300 UAH or 10% of the product value. In case of refusal to receive the order, the prepayment is non-refundable. For other countries, except Ukraine, only online payment on the website is available.
The product price does not include shipping — it must be ordered together with the product via the link, after coordinating with the Internet store the appropriate rate depending on the weight of the product. International shipping costs from $20. For countries outside Europe, a coefficient of ×1.5 applies. As of early 2026, shipping costs to the USA are calculated separately.

Delivery is carried out worldwide: in Ukraine — via Nova Poshta, in other countries — by regular mail (displayed on the site as UKRPOSHTA). Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Orders are shipped within three business days after payment, not including the day of payment, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
